A case of omental cyst in child

Abstract
|
|
|
We have experienced a case of omental cyst with abruptly progressed clinical course in a 40 months old male.
The patient had admitted because of intermittent right lower abdominal pain & mild fever. The diagnosis was based on, the clinical features, simple abdomen, and ultrasonogram, After the explolaparatomy, we had found the huge omental cyst. We report this case with brief review of the related literature.
